Swedish Massage
The Swedish massage is the most common and best-known type of massage in the West, and the foundation for sports massage, deep tissue massage, aromatherapy massage, and other popular Western-style massages. It focus on Asian massage systems—therapists utilize this type of massage to stimulate circulation, flush the circulatory system, release tight muscles, restore range of motion, and to relieve pain.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage much similar to Swedish massage. It is aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue. The pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused type of massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is a type that’s similar to regular massage. It aims to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. But prenatal massage is also customized to the needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies, and therapists trained in prenatal massage adjust their techniques accordingly.
Back Walking / Ashiatsu
Walking on back massage, also called ashiatsu massage, is a centuries-old massage technique originally performed by monks; today, this technique is becoming increasingly popular in America. This controlled deep tissue massage has many benefits.
Foot Reflexology
The foot reflexology stimulates your pressure points by applying pressure on specific areas along the soles of your feet. These pressure points activate reflex actions that help restore your body’s natural state of balance.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is a style of seated massage that is typically short—10 to 30 minutes—and focuses on your back, shoulders and neck and arms. Chair massage is done over clothes and doesn’t require any massage oil.
Sports Massage
Sports massage is a type of massage technique that focuses on treating soft tissue aches, pain and injuries that are associated with recreational activities. Massage can reduce muscle stiffness and improve relaxation by reducing heart rate and blood pressure.
Medical Massage
Medical massage is outcome-based massage, primarily the application of a specific treatment targeted to the specific problem(s) the patient presents with a diagnosis and are administered after a thorough assessment/evaluation by the medical massage therapist with specific outcomes being the basis for treatment. It is also known as clinical massage or treatment massage.
Thai Yoga Massage
In this unique healing system of Thai Yoga Massage, the practitioner guides the client through a series of yoga postures, while palming and thumbing along the body’s energy (‘Sen’) lines and pressure points. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically.
